Buyers still want to visit dealerships following Covid-19 restrictions

Despite increased restrictions due to Coronavirus, the majority of car buyers are saying that they will visit a dealership when purchasing their next car.

eBay Motor Group’s Consumer Insight Panel, showed 56 per cent of buyers saying they will ‘definitely’ want to visit a dealership with a further 24 per cent saying they would ‘probably’ visit a dealership during their next purchase.

6% said they definitely wouldn’t visit a dealership, 6% reluctant and 8% undecided.

Interesting to see companies like Cazoo that were originally penned as Internet Only have now opened several fixed sites around the UK to prep, MOT and service vehicles.
